Michele was very nice and extremely patient! The issue wasn't resolved but not do to her lack of trying, it's being sent up to a "level 2" person so she can get assistance with the issue.

Josh was amazing and very upfront. He informed me this is not a common request, but he would do his best., I rushed him off the phone (after providing very limited info), to get to my patients. He continued to not only find my solution but install it and get me back up and running in a pinch!! VERY GREAT SERVICE!!!
