Once again, Chris rocked it. He reached out to me before I could even reach out to him after receiving the laptop in the mail yesterday. He got everything working and connected with great efficiency and solved my connection to a smart tv issue which has plagued me for years - I should have asked sooner! And he took it upon himself to follow up on a NetDocs update email that we received today. Most excellent job once again!
