I called in on Thursday, June 20th about trying to find a backup copy of a document that had not saved changes for me to see if there was somehow a copy in the background that did include the changes. I told the tech that I would be out of the office Friday and Monday. I received a follow up call on Friday morning when I was out of the office and explained again that I could not give them access to my computer because I was out of the office. I asked that they call back on Tuesday, 6/25. I never received a return call until a week later. By that time, I had re-done all the work on the document, assuming that a back up could not be located.

Mitch was very quick to resolve my problem and assure me that no harm had been done. Greatly appreciated.
