Arnet Technologies IT services and support is excellent. Their support center is easy to reach, they respond very quickly and address the issues in a timely manner. Dorian Wills has helped me in resolving lot of my IT issues. He is friendly and easy to work with. He is very efficient in resolving the issues. He always gets the issues resolved in the same day and for any issues that need more time and resources, He will reach out to those resources, keeps us updated and get the job done. He is excellent!

Response time was slow and not appropriate to the requested repair. I had asked for access to be restored to a calendar (that I had already had for several months) and was told that it would cost more money. When I asked why, I received no response. I was able to fix the issue with the help of my co-worker.
