Amy is always so friendly and helpful. She troubleshoots and fixes things in a fair amount of time and as quickly as she can. Amy is very knowledgeable and always follows up if deemed necessary.

The final implementation went better then expected. It just took a long time to get there. We are happy we set up the virtual server as a plan. It sped up the back up significantly.

Amy is always cheerful, professional and very helpful. I do notice a longer hold time than we used to have (5-8 minutes before an initial pick up), because she is very busy. She is always a pleasure to work with. Thanks
