It was a difficult task to try to get my VPN to work, yet Chris and Mike tried on several occasions to get it fixed. It came to find out that it was the hospital that was the issue not the VPN. I appreciated their time and effort to assist me with this issue and now I am aware that I cannot use my VPN at the hospital but it works at any other outside area. I thank them both for being so vigilant in helping me resolve this issue.
