Slow speed and latency problems. Internet...

Slow speed and latency problems. Internet provider (Century Link) and Fuse 3 contacted . A new modem was sent out by Century Link, however 2 attempts to connect new modem with IP address failed. A Century Link person came to my home on 10-26-19 and was still unable to get new modem connected to IP address. I appreciate all the hard work put in by Rusty to try and solve problem.
