I called because we were disconnected from a PC that I don't keep a monitor on, and was pleasantly surprised that Nick answered the phone himself on the 2nd ring, and went right to work on my problem immediately. I feel like I got lucky, relative to the ticket creation/agent response process I'm used to. He had to dig on his own and call me back, but he discovered it was out of date and got me back up same day. Great work!
