Juan was really helpful; however, he called after office hours (4:06 pm call for 17 minute call) and Diana tried to reschedule him to another time to do the work. The work was done efficiently, I just wished Fuse would be aware of our hours because if they need our help, I would like it to happen within the normal work day.
