Michael was good about getting back to me and when I missed his call he tried again... that is appreciated. He was able to continue to work on the issue the following day, as I didn't want to incur after hours charges. He did get me back on Global Shop; however, I let him know today that I can't access my file folders and he is going to assist me with that this afternoon. Very professional and persistent. Thank you!
