We don't need to reopen ticket to say this because this may be dealt with in some other tickets on the docket like VPN connection problem etc. I was probably not trying to access data on SQL at the time so I had no awareness of break in communication, but wonder if is another symptom of hesitation or communication loss that several people have experienced including myself. It is hard to know if just loss of outside internet, or inside network. Sometimes we have slow access to Gmail which could be Google servers etc, but sometimes just slow response generally.
