I am a big supporter of Infinity here at the office. I was the person to make the initial contact with your sales team about possibly handling our crazy network. This is the first time I was a bit disappointed in my service. I sent my initial email at 11:15am on Monday and didn't get a response until 5:15pm that night. I ended up taking care of the issue myself by contacting the bank and working through the issue with them. Since we upgraded to 365 I have had to use the online version of "outlook" because my regular "outlook" doesn't work properly with our current windows version (I think that is what you guys told me). The online version is a bit clumsy (I don't love it) and one of the things I can't do is request a "spam" report myself. At least I don't know how. So waiting 6 hours to find out if an email I was waiting for had actually been stopped didn't work for me. It was very time sensitive as it had to do with processing payroll that day. Nothing you can do about it now, but I am always sending the rave reviews so I just wanted to share my thoughts on my little issue. Have a good day.
