The Support Rep was friendly and knowledgeable. He offered suggestions that were useful and followed up with me to make sure we had a proper solution. He genuinely seemed bummed that he couldn't ultimately help me (because I have faulty equipment). Would feel very confident knowing I'll get the right care if he helps me again.
