Daniel returned my call within an hour; however, during that time, I was able to access VPN when he called me back. Very frustrating.... but glad I was able to get in. He told me sometimes you just have to give it some time and try again. We were on the phone 3 minutes according to my phone log... I hope this doesn't incur an after hours fee for Trinity. Thanks!
