Great to work with. Worked well with our client. Asked great questions and follow up. Melissa S wanted to add additional computers. This raised a red flag with Aaron and he followed to make sure we were aware. Client said he was easy to work with. Set up times with out client to remote in. Very white glove treatment. Autumn was amazing. She remoted into the computer and was able to set her up with Sophos. Determined her internet was slow which caused some issues. Determined to wait until Cass's MLJ computer arrived. Followed up and made sure everything was set up for her and working well. Cass said the process was seamless and she was impressed with Autumns help and knowledge.
