Adam was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to fix my problem. In the process, he identified another potential issue and provided a solution for that as well. Adam was very thorough and patient in explaining a fix I can perform myself if I choose to do so. However, I can call again if I am more comfortable with Integris fixing the printing issue should it arise again. Thanks Adam!
