David was polite & courteous. Unfortunately it took quite a bit longer than it should have to install the program due to David not noticing that our firewall was blocking install. Yesterday, he initially though the delay was due to Microsoft's issues. Then this morning he blamed the speed of our internet (which agreeably is slow), but turns out he did not whitelist the address correctly the first time. Ultimately the issue was resolved and the program finished installing.

Email had to be reconfigured due to wrong naming...

Email had to be reconfigured due to wrong naming convention used initially. All in all a relatively painless setup.
