Dave went beyond with his assistance. We were working with an outsource accounting that he had to communicate with through chat lines and he did an exceptional job. He made me feel like I was involved in the discussion.

Although I was able to figure this out on my own (it was a simple problem; I just didn't realize how simple it was at first), EN Computers made several attempts to reach me while I was tied up in meetings.

Great support from Robert Cone on our recent software upgrade. It was a complex procedure with a lot of updates but Robert was able to work through them with me and we successfully completed the upgrade.

The staff from EN Computers that assisted me with the printer setup on SVWIB-TS were extremely informed on our system(s), and technology in general. They were very polite, and gave me confidence in their knowledge and capability from beginning to end. They were also quick. It took hardly any time at all. Being a person that on my career path in Finance 15 years before the first desktop computer arrived, I am always grateful when a technician takes the time to understand fully what I am asking for without making me feel illiterate.
