I was not able to speak with Tom C. at all. When I placed the ticket on Wednesday no one had contacted me reagarding the ticket. I did receive an email on Wednesday 9-21-22 at 9:56 am from Tom stating he wasn't able to get to the ticket on Tuesday and tried to reach me via my extension Wednesday morning but had no success getting through. Once I was able to call him back he had left for the day. The receptionist updated the ticket and that is when Paul C. had reached out to me to assist me with my VPN. Paul C. was able to help me and solve my problem about the VPN. He was wonderful and kept the ticket open until I was able to work from home. Paul took the time to ask me what was going on and assist me with this problem.
