OUR HISTORY
Clay Shaw Thomas was established over 70 years ago and despite our age, we are a modern, family run business led by the same senior management team for the last 22 years.
The practice relocated in March 2005 to purpose built offices in Bocam Park, Pencoed, and today the business is recognised as one of the leading professional services and consultancy practices in Wales.
With a team of more than 30 qualified and experienced professional staff, we work with a range of businesses and industries, from individuals requiring tax and investment advice, to growing companies with complex funding and corporate finance needs.
All of our directors are Chartered Accountants or Chartered Tax Advisors and have extensive experience of providing strategic financial advice to SMEs throughout Wales.

We were one of the first firms of Chartered Accountants to achieve Investors in People in 1994 and our recent corporate recognition as Chartered Financial Planners makes us one of only 20 firms in Wales with the accreditation.
