POINTING
Cutting out the old cement between the bricks and replacing it. Deteriorated mortar joints are located, removed and re-pointed with a strength, porosity, color and weathered matching mortar.
WASHING
Cleaning the surface of the brick with high pressure water and solvent. This will return your brick work to like new condition.
LINTEL REPLACEMENT
This includes removing a few top courses of brick above windows and re-waterproofing and replacing the old steel lintel, which supports the brick courses
above the window.
PATCHING, CAULKING & RE-POINTING SURFACES
This is performed prior to cleaning to prevent moisture damage to interior surfaces. Caulking is the weapon we use to fight the elements.
